60 MINUTE PRIVATE YOGA SESSION & CORPORATE YOGA

• Corporate: $250 per hour
• Personal (private): $125 per hour
• I can work with couples for private yoga: $200 per hour
• Both pay-as-you-go and multiple-session-packages are available.

Crisis/Emergency Response

I do not and am not trained to provide crisis response services, but I will ensure that my clients connect with outside crisis response services if the need is identified and discussed during one of our sessions. That said, I am not equipped to provide my clients with crisis response resources with the timeliness it deserves outside of our scheduled sessions.

Disclosures & Confidentiality

• Coaching may result in changes in your relationships, and healthy changes in your current relationships and in the types of new relationships you form.
• Zoom is not HIPPA compliant and, therefore I cannot guarantee, with 100% certainty, that information shared through Zoom will be safe from a data breach.
• All client records are stored securely, and no one other than myself has access to them.
• Anything that you say to me, my notes or any paperwork provided by you or your physician, mental health professional or legal representative (current or past) will be kept confidential.

• As a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach I am bound to uphold the Association’s Code of Ethics.
